You can either enter new email addresses individually at https://masterplan.com/company/members/students
( https://masterplan.com/company/members/students/invite ) or make a larger instant upload via a .csv file.
Within this .csv upload you can also assign a user-group directly to simplify the subsequent possible learning path control and deploy a department for reportings,

Existing accounts can also be deactivated. To do this, click on the editing pencil to the right of the account you want to customize at https://masterplan.com/company/users/ and then click on the three menu items “...” at the top right. Here you can change the status between active and inactive at will and immediately. If you deactivate an account, the license will be refunded. When reactivating, a free license will be used.
Existing accounts can be transferred to a new email address, e.g. if the user's name has changed. In this case, a new confirmation email is sent to the new account for verification. The first and last name can also be changed by a manager in this area.
You can view the status of these accounts in your overview:
Active: Active account, obtains a license and can log in.
Pending: Pending invitation, obtains a license and must first register.
Inactive: Deactivated account, does not have a license and cannot log in.
