Application examples - How you can use the function in practice
Example 1: Training for internal software tools
Use the course library to provide all training courses for company software tools centrally. Internal tools are often developed for specific work processes, but not all employees are familiar with their full functionality. By creating detailed company training courses on the internal tools, employees can access them at any time to acquire the necessary knowledge. New updates or functions can be added as separate courses so that the entire team is always up to date.
Example 2: Product training for sales
Create in-house courses to train the sales team on new product features. Thanks to the courses being available at all times, sales employees can access the training courses independently and flexibly whenever new product launches are due. This means that the team is always up to date without having to rely on external trainers or face-to-face training.
Example 3: Training on travel expense accounting
Create in-house training courses to help employees understand the expense report process. These training courses give employees the flexibility to access the information at any time and follow the process step by step. Updates to the process or new regulations can be easily updated in the course so that the entire team is always up to date.
Learner
What is the difference between learning paths and corporate courses?
Learning paths are trainings from your company that can be tied to a specific time period and are intended for specific learners. For example, mandatory training on products for sales that must be completed by a certain date.
Corporate courses, on the other hand, are independent of time periods and learners. These are courses that document your company's long-term knowledge. For example, helpful training on software tools that you use internally. These courses can be of interest to all company employees regardless of time and can therefore always be found via the Company courses tab.
Note: You don't see any courses here yet? Then your company has not yet provided any courses.
