If you are experiencing volume, audio, tone, sound or general challenges, go through the following steps. This also initially helps with most circumstances that may arise on the platform.
1. restart computer/device
2. clear browser cache
3. Test again in preferably Google Chrome. (We do not recommend Internet Explorer as not all features are available there as desired).
The volume can be adjusted directly next to the timeline.
In addition, other settings on the device can influence the audio playback.
Individual tabs can also be muted with a right-click at the top of the tab control.
