Individual assignments
You can assign individual users to your learning path in the last step of learning path editing using the email address or search for a name.
Assign all User
If you want to invite all users, you can and on the left tick the box "Select all colleagues of the company". By doing so all employees who have registered on masterplan using their company mail address will be added. It is important to note that if you check the box, new employees who log into Masterplan while the learning path is running will also be automatically assigned to it.
User-Group assignments
In addition to a department for statistical evaluations, you can also assign user groups to accesses. You can then use these groups for the subsequent assignment of learning paths. Departments act independently and have no influence on possible assignments.
I.e. you can assign a group to a learning path in addition to assigning individual accounts.
This group assignment to a learning path is always synchronous and automatically supplements further group assignments of individual accounts, to which you can add assignments at any time.
Please note that deleting or removing users from user groups does not remove a learning path that has already been assigned. This must be done manually and per account in the respective learning path (fourth editing step).
