Why can I see some courses but not others?
Not all courses are visible to every user. The content on the platform is provided in a targeted way so that you can easily find learning offers that are most relevant to you.
The People & Development team provides the content – both through the initial acquisition of the platform and through internally created training materials, such as company courses or learning paths. These can be assigned to specific target groups, teams, or roles.
That’s why colleagues may sometimes see different courses than you.
Where do the recommendations on my homepage come from?
The recommendations on your homepage come from different sources:
Company content: Courses, learning paths, or trainings that have been provided specifically for employees by the People & Development team.
Platform content: Courses from the Masterplan content library.
Personalized recommendations: Suggestions based on your interests and your previous learning activity.
Why are certain courses suggested on my home screen?
The platform uses an algorithm from Masterplan to recommend relevant content. Among other things, it considers:
your interests and topics you engage with
content you have already watched or completed
similar courses related to your previous learning activity
This helps ensure that you quickly find learning content that supports your personal development.
Can I influence which courses are recommended to me?
Yes. Your homepage adapts over time based on your learning behavior. If you regularly explore certain topics or start courses in a specific area, you will gradually receive more recommendations related to those topics.
In addition, mandatory or recommended content may be assigned to you directly by the People & Development team.
If you believe that a relevant course is missing or if you have questions about specific learning content, you can contact your People & Development team.
