Masterplan offers a modular Home Dashboard that lets you customize the learner homepage for your organization. The goal is for learners to immediately find what's relevant to them, especially assigned mandatory content, rather than having it compete with optional Masterplan content.
Structure (Web):
- Hero/stage area at the top of the homepage, default order: Power Skills → assigned learning paths → Signature Courses → "Continue learning"
- Modules below, freely sortable: Power Skills, Learning Paths, Company Courses, Signature Courses, plus a section for exclusive company content
Structure (Mobile App): Its own, separately configurable order for the hero slider and tile grid.
What can be customized?
- The order of modules (e.g. showing Learning Paths before Power Skills)
- Hiding individual sections entirely (e.g. if no company courses exist yet, to avoid showing an empty tile)
- The four Signature Courses (Masterplan's standard catalogue courses, identical for every company) can be removed entirely if you'd like more room for your own content
How do I get a custom configuration?
The actual setup is currently handled together with your Support or account contact, rather than being self-service within the Company area. Simply reach out to your contact with your preferences (e.g. desired module order, which sections to hide), and they'll set up the configuration for you.
