At a glance
- Masterplan can regularly deliver the completion data of selected learning paths as a CSV file to your SFTP server.
- The Masterplan team sets up the export. You cannot create it yourself in Company Space.
- A company can have several exports, each with its own learning path selection, schedule and file.
- Delivery by email is not available.
How we set up the export for you
- Contact your Masterplan contact person.
- Decide which learning paths to include. Company courses cannot be selected. If you need several files, for example one per department, we set up several exports.
- Tell us your preferred schedule, for example every Monday morning. We store it in UTC, so the local time shifts by one hour with daylight saving time.
- Send us your SFTP server details: host, port (default 22), username and target folder. Authentication uses an SSH key (Ed25519, ECDSA or RSA, without passphrase). Optionally, send us the server's public host key so we can verify your server on every connection.
- We run a test export before the schedule goes live.
FAQ
What are the files called? They follow the pattern prefix_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS-mmm.csv, for example lp_stats_20261009-060005-123.csv. The timestamp is in UTC and has included milliseconds since 27 October 2026. If you process file names automatically, please update your processing.
Are files overwritten? Yes, if a file with exactly the same name already exists in the target folder.
