The invitation you receive from Masterplan is personalized and valid only for you. Forwarding it to colleagues is not possible.
If someone else registers using your personal link, your license will automatically be assigned to that person, and you would lose your own access.
Therefore: Do not forward your personal Masterplan emails to others. If your colleagues need access, each person should receive a separate invitation.
