The SCORM integration enables content from Masterplan to be embedded into an existing Learning Management System (LMS), allowing centralized access and management of learning content.
Which SCORM versions are supported?
The platform supports the following standards:
- SCORM 1.2
- SCORM 2004 (4th Edition)
Which features are supported?
The integration provides the following capabilities:
- SSO (Single Sign-On): Users can log in directly via the LMS
- Launching the full platform: Masterplan can be opened as a complete learning environment
- Launching specific courses: Individual courses can be accessed directly from the LMS
- Starting individual learning paths: Individual learning paths can be opened directly from the LMS
Which pre-setup questions should be clarified?
Before implementing the integration, the following points should be defined:
- Should users be allowed to change their email address during first login?
In many SCORM setups, the email address is used as a unique identifier. It should therefore be clarified whether changes are permitted. - Which email domains are allowed for users?
If email changes are allowed, the permitted domains should be defined to ensure proper user mapping and security. - On which URL domains are our SCORM files used?
The initial release occurs automatically; subsequent releases (additional URL's) must be approved by Masterplan Support.
