The self-invite page is a custom, branded registration page for your company, available at your own address such as masterplan.com/signup/yourcompany. Instead of inviting each person individually, you share a single link that lets eligible employees create their own Masterplan account. This is especially useful for larger rollouts, kick-offs, or awareness campaigns where many people need to get started at once.
What appears on the page:
- Your image/background visual
- A custom title (e.g. "Welcome to your Masterplan account")
- A freely written welcome text
- Your company logo
How does someone register through it?
The person opens the link, sees your custom welcome page, and registers using their own business email address. The system checks whether the email address belongs to one of your approved domains, only then is registration possible. This keeps access limited to your actual employees.
What's needed for setup?
Setup is currently handled through your Support or account contact. We'll need the following from you:
- An image (at least 780 × 370 pixels)
- A title for the page
- A welcome text (max. 900 characters, in German and/or English)
- The allowed email domain(s) (e.g.
@yourcompany.com) - Your logo (one version with a white background, one without)
- The desired part of the URL after
/signup/(e.g.yourcompanyformasterplan.com/signup/yourcompany)
Note on language: Your own welcome text can be provided in German and/or English. However, the rest of the page's interface (form fields, buttons) does not currently follow the visiting person's language setting automatically; we're working on improving this going forward.
